Our luxury villa at Davenport within the "Sunshine State of Florida" will sleep 12 people in comfort with 5 Bedrooms: 2 Master Bedrooms (1 King and 1 Queen) both with Ensuite bathrooms, 1 Queen bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms plus an additional 3rd Bathroom.
We have 2 lounge areas, the main lounge with TV and DVD player is open plan with the kitchen and has double patio doors onto the pool deck.
The ‘Den’ or Family room has a sofa bed which sleeps a further 2 guests and has its own TV and Playstation 2 with a selection of games.
The Villa boasts its own South facing private pool and sunbathing deck, with conservation views to the rear of the property. Plus a games room including Pool table and Electronic Darts Board.
Ideally located, in a quiet gated community of Sunset Ridge which is off the I4 just 15 minutes from the Disney exit! There are numerous shops and amenities close by including the new Posner Park Shopping complex. |
